  • abuse of the return policy

Article 6 – Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orion Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs

  • holidays

  • weather conditions

  • technical issues

  • logistical disruptions

  • force majeure events

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Costs or losses caused by incorrect address information are fully the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 – Return Policy

7.1 Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased:

  • on sale

  • during promotional campaigns

  • using discount codes

  • through bundle deals

  • during temporary offers

are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

Orion Amsterdam reserves the right to:

  • fully refuse returns on sale items

  • offer store credit only

  • reject return requests without further explanation

7.2 Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be unworn

  • be undamaged

  • be in original packaging

  • include all labels and protective materials

  • remain in new condition

7.3 Refused Returns

Returns may be refused in cases including but not limited to:

  • wear

  • signs of usage

  • perfume odors

  • smoke odors

  • water damage

  • bent links

  • damaged clasps

  • missing packaging

  • missing labels

  • deformation

  • damage caused by improper use

If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility and risk of the customer.

Orion Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Article 8 – Warranty

Orion Amsterdam only provides warranty coverage for proven manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • discoloration

  • oxidation

  • scratches

  • water damage

  • damage caused by perfume or chemicals

  • improper maintenance

  • improper use

  • drops or impacts

  • coating or plating wear

  • damage caused by exercising, sleeping, or showering while wearing jewelry

Water resistant does not mean waterproof.

Article 9 – Liability

The maximum liability of Orion Amsterdam is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.

Orion Amsterdam is never liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • consequential damages

  • loss of income

  • loss of profits

  • emotional damages

  • reputational damages

  • personal damages

  • allergic reactions

  • delays caused by third parties

  • misuse of products

  • damages occurring after delivery

Any liability expires once a product has been:

  • worn

  • modified

  • repaired

  • improperly maintained

  • exposed to chemicals

  • exposed to water

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

Fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed using:
